Specialty Lo-Melt Laminate

Lo-Melt or frequently referred to as Heat Assist vinyl laminates are the perfect choice when laminating heat sensitive media because of the low temperature adhesive that these films offer. Lo-Melt UV vinyl laminates feature excellent ultraviolet protection and low temperature adhesive bonding excellent for heat sensitive applications.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Gloss is a gloss finish featuring UV inhibitors incorporated into its composition. This is our standard lo-melt UV vinyl overlaminate.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Luster is our standard UV vinyl with the luster finish. Most commonly used as an alternative to traditional gloss.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Matte is our standard UV vinyl with the matte finish. Most commonly used to reduce glare or soften image.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Ultra Matte is the ultimate matte finish. This film completely eliminates reflections and glare with UV inhibitors to lengthen the life span of your image. Similar products are Seals Print UV ultra matte, Drytaks media shield matte, and GBCs Octiva Lo-Melt heat set vinyl.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Sandex is an economical substitute for true polycarbonate. It provides a 7 mil rigidity with a felt like finish.

Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Textured is a durable scuff resistant non skid finish ideal for floor graphic applications. This is an industry standard product. Similar products are Seals FloorGuard, Drytacks ProTac and GBCs Octiva LoMelt Emboss Vinyl.
Lo-Melt UV Vinyl Canvas is used commonly for professionally printed giclee output. This laminate will transform a digital print into a fine art masterpiece with a real canvas feel. It adds tremendous rigidity with a 10 mil configuration. Similar products are Drytacks Interlam deep textured canvas and GBCs Octiva Lo-Melt canvas vinyl.

Lo-Melt White Mount Back Polycoat is a poly coated white paper with super aggressive low melt adhesive. Ideally used as a backer for inkjet prints. This film provides rigidity at a lower cost than polyester based backer laminates.
