Shipping Policy
PBS ships via UPS, Fedex or Courier Services. We can bill third-party UPS accounts.
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are included in your order total. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.
PBS ships only within the United States. We deliver to any business address. We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Once orders are placed, you can track your package via the tracking number provided to PBS by UPS or Fedex. This information is available in your shipping email and in the My Account section of our website. Please note, you must have an account set up prior to your order to access the tracking number.
